မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လက်နက်များ မရောင်းတော့သည်မှာ ကြာမြင့်ပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း စင်ပူနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး Vivian Balakrishnan က ယမန်နေ့ (ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁၄ ရက်) က လွှတ်တော်အစည်းအဝေးတွင် ပြောကြားလိုက်သည်။
