Myanmar has reactivated its e-visa service after two years, but entry and health rules are stringent, while travellers remain hesitant as long as the country is under military junta rule.

မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော် အရာရှိတွေကို ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံကနေ ခေါ်ယူသင်တန်းပေးနေတဲ့အထဲက အရာရှိတစ်ဦးဟာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ စစ်တပ်က အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း မကွေးတိုင်း အလယ်ပိုင်းမှာ အရပ်သားပြည်သူတွေကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေမှာ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်နေတဲ့အကြောင်း တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ရတဲ့အတွက် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာ့ တပ်မတော် အရာရှိတွေကို သင်တန်းပေးနေတာ ရပ်တန်းက ရပ်ဖို့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်ရေး အဖွဲ့ HRW နဲ့ Justice for Myanmar တို့က ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ်က ကြေညာချက် ထုတ်ပြန်တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Human rights groups are calling on the government of Japan to cease training of Myanmar military officers, after it emerged that a Japanese-trained air force commander took part in bombing raids on civilian militia forces opposed to the country’s military junta.

A Myanmar air force lieutenant colonel who received military training in Japan is deployed with forces that have been implicated in serious abuses in Myanmar’s central Magway Region, Human Rights Watch and Justice For Myanmar said today.

ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံမှာ စစ်သင်တန်းတက်ခဲ့သူတွေထဲက တယောက်ဖြစ်တဲ့  စစ်ကောင်စီလေတပ်မှ ဒုဗိုလ်မှူးကြီး လွှမ်းမိုး ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေဟာ အပြစ်မဲ့ပြည်သူတွေအပေါ်  တရားလက်လွတ် လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး လှုပ်ရှားသူတွေက ပြောလိုက်ပါတယ်။

အကြမ်းဖက်မြန်မာစစ်ကောင်စီက စေလွှတ်သူတွေကို စစ်ပညာသင်ကြားပေးတဲ့ ဂျပန်အစိုးရအနေနဲ့ ရပ်တန့်ဖို့အပါအဝင် အချက် ၄ ချက်ပါ ဆန္ဒပြတောင်းဆိုပွဲကို ဂျပန်ရောက်မြန်မာအင်အားစုတွေက မေ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့ညနေပိုင်း တိုကျိုမြို့ ဂျပန် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနရှေ့မှာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုနောက်ပိုင်း မကွေးတိုင်းအတွင်း ထိတွေ့တိုက်ပွဲများနှင့် လေကြောင်းတိုက်ပွဲများအပါအဝင် ပြင်းထန်သောတိုက်ပွဲများကြောင့်အရပ်သားပြည်သူ ၅၀,၀၀၀ ကျော်ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်ခဲ့ရပြီး ၊တရားလက်လွတ်လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ အပါအဝင် အကျဉ်းရုံး စီရင်ကွပ်မျက်မှုများ၊ မီးရှို့သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများနှင့် အခြားသော ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်မှုများကို ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့သည်။
