Myanmar’s military junta exported more than $37 million worth of timber to nations with active sanctions on the country’s state-run timber monopoly, according to the environmental advocacy group Forest Trends.

A major Myanmar military arms trader, Dynasty International, also known as the Dynasty Group of Companies, has procured equipment for the Myanmar military after its illegal attempted coup, according to the rights group Justice for Myanmar.
