미얀마 시민단체인 저스티스포미얀마(Justice for Myanmar)는 3월22일 미얀마 군부 카르텔의 해외 연결고리 중 하나로 한국의 철강그룹인 포스코를 지목했다. 이 단체가 공개한 ‘군부 카르텔 지도’를 보면, 포스코는 미얀마 군부의 자금원인 이 나라의 여러 산업들(철강·가스전·관광 및 임대·광산·연금기금·금융)과 직간접으로 관계를 맺고 있다. 이 지도는 미얀마 군부의 자금 흐름을 그린 것이다.
