Militærjuntaen i Myanmar har drept mer enn 900 mennesker og utført nesten 7000 arrestasjoner siden militærkuppet 1. februar i år. Landets demokratiforkjempere jaktes ned på systematisk vis. Overvåking av mobildata er et av verktøyene som benyttes når militærjuntaen skal slå ned på all opposisjonell motstand i landet.
