L’envoyé spécial de l’ASEAN pour la Birmanie a déclaré le 7 août qu’un accès complet à toutes les parties devra lui être accordé lors de sa prochaine visite en Birmanie. Cependant, les autorités militaires ont d’ores et déjà remis en cause le contenu de son mandat.
