ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံက Kirin ကုမ္ပဏီအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်ပိုင် မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေး ဦးပိုင်လိမိတက် MEHL နဲ့ စီးပွားရေး ပူးတွဲ လုပ်ဆောင်နေတာကို အဆုံးသတ်သင့်ပြီလို့ HRW အပါအဝင် အခြားလူ့အခွင့်အရေး အဖွဲ့တွေက တောင်းဆိုလိုက်ကြပါတယ်။ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ဟာ လူ့အခွင့်ရေး ချိုးဖေါက်မှု မှာရော စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှု ကျူးလွန်ရာမှာပါ တာဝန်ရှိတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စွပ်စွဲချက်နဲ့ အဲဒီလို တောင်းဆိုနေကြတာပါ။ အပြည့်အစုံကို ကိုဉာဏ်ဝင်းအောင်က တင်ပြထားပါတယ်။
