A tanker ship carrying airplane fuel is scheduled to arrive in Yangon on Saturday after departing from Singapore’s Jurong Island on Tuesday, according to data from several marine tracking websites.

緬甸軍方今（2021）年2月1日發動政變，推翻民選政府，奪取政權後，緬甸爆發全國性抗議。在全國各地城鎮，成千上萬民眾走上街頭。與此同時，醫生、教師和其他公務員罷工共同抗議政變。

6月中旬的某個傍晚，雨天、大風，我決定出門走走。那天早些時候，一些結實的藤椅和地面燈具，可能來自附近的酒店，直接被強風吹到了池塘裏，無望地擱在淺水中。熱帶的雨季又來了，雨點像瀑布一樣從灰色的天空中傾瀉而下，卻無法洗刷過去幾個月這個國家發生的殺戮和流血。

緬甸軍方政變推翻民選政府，令在改革道路上的緬甸命運一夜逆轉；不少外資近年看中開放政策而投資緬甸，但現時就必須考慮去留問題。雖然歐美都對軍方實施制裁，但緬甸的外資主要來自亞洲國家，人權組織「緬甸公義」促請亞洲鄰國加入對軍方制裁及武器禁運，又認為外資雖然面對合約，仍有對軍方施壓的方法。

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has said it'll abandon its project in Myanmar and write-down its investments in full if the country is classified as a sanctioned country by the US.

緬甸軍方自本年2月政變奪權後，連月對上街抗議的民眾實施血腥鎮壓，至今已造成逾800人死亡。英、美、歐盟等相繼宣佈對兩間由緬甸軍方操控的商業企業實施制裁，但多間在緬甸投資的香港公司就與軍方企業繼續合作。

Myanmar’s civilian National Unity Government (NUG) has welcomed the decision of Norway’s largest pension fund KLP to divest from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited on the grounds that the Indian company’s links with the Myanmar military breach the fund’s responsible investment policy.

Storebrand og KLP kaster ut selskap med virksomhet i Myanmar, men Oljefondet sitter stille i båten. Fondet eier aksjer og rentepapirer for 1,4 milliarder kroner i det omstridte selskapet.
